Koisea offers a 30-day return and exchange window for all items, including sale items. While customers are responsible for the shipping cost to return the original garment, Koisea covers 100% of the shipping costs to send your new size or replacement back to you.
Return Eligibility & Conditions
To ensure your refund or exchange is processed quickly, please ensure the following:
- Includes Sale Items: We believe in our quality; therefore, all items purchased at a discount or during sales events are eligible for return or exchange.
- 30-Day Limit: Requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Pristine Condition: The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original state with all tags attached.
- Original Packaging: Please use the original packaging to protect the high-density embroidery during transit.
Our Exchange Process
Getting the right fit in Asian Sizing is important to us. We offer a shared-cost model for exchanges:
- You Ship to Us: The customer arranges and pays for the return shipping to our facility.
- We Ship to You: Once we receive your return, Koisea pays for the shipping of the new size or replacement item back to you.
How to Request a Refund
1. Email support@koisea.com with your order number.
2. After our quality control team inspects the return, your refund will be issued.
3. Funds will appear on your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
